Day 1 - Outer Reef Cruise
We have 12 exclusive moorings at six reef locations. Locations are chosen each day based on weather conditions and water clarity so as to ensure the best experience for all activities.
Generally we travel to one of our two outer reef locations in the morning (Norman Reef or Saxon Reef) then make our way to North Hastings Reef in the afternoon to conduct Helicopter Flights.

Snorkelling
We have selected our outer reef locations for their variety and bottom contours, so to provide the best experience for both beginners, experienced snorkelers and children of all ages.
Our staff keep a constant watch over the snorkelling sites making sure all passengers can enjoy the amazing wildlife in perfect safety. Our snorkel supervisors are all experienced Divemasters and provide in-depth briefings on safety procedures and site orientation, so you know where to find all the 'cool stuff'.
For the beginners we provide a selection of buoyancy aids (foam noodles, life jackets and wetsuits) so you can relax and enjoy a natural maze of beautiful coral and fishes.
Introductory Scuba Diving
Try scuba diving without any previous training or experience! That’s right, if you have never dived before, and have always wished to experience firsthand the beauty of the underwater world you can arrange an Introductory dive with one of our friendly and professional Instructors.
Through the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program you will be taught all the basic skills required to dive down up to 12 metres while accompanied by one of our experienced Instructors. Even people with no swimming ability can enjoy the thrill of diving the Great Barrier Reef in perfect safety. DIVING MUST BE PREBOOKED as limited spaces. Prebook your dive and save $20 per person! Certified Scuba Diving
We travel to 2 of our 12 exclusive outer reef dive locations every day. With over 5 hours at the reef, there's plenty of time between dives for snorkelling and relaxation. Our certified divers can enjoy up to 3 dives per day, either guided with one of our professional Divemasters or with your own dive buddy or one we can provide for you.
Our experienced, environmentally conscious Divemasters know all the best areas at our sites, and know how to find and interact with all the amazing marine life.
Semi Submarine
Enjoy the spectacular coral formations without getting wet on our semi-submersible tour with commentary provided. It's a $20 option that can be purchased on board. This option is usually only available at the outer reef pontoons. (Weather Permitting)
Day 2 - Cape Tribulation, the Daintree & Bloomfield Track
A small personalised Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation tours, where the rainforest meets the reef! On this full day Daintree Rainforest tour from Cairns, you will explore all the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation region has to offer.

RETURN TRANSFERS - Your day begins with being met by your friendly accredited guide at your accommodation.
SCENIC COASTAL DRIVE - We drive north along the magnificent scenic coastal route along the Captain Cook Highway learning about the history of the area and admiring spectacular views of the coastline and the azure waters of the Coral Sea.
DAINTREE RIVER CRUISE - Enjoy an informative guided one hour River Cruise on the Daintree River. Spot and learn about estuarine crocodiles, mangrove forests and endemic wildlife, this is nature at its best! Light morning tea of tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
INTERPRETATIVE DRIVE OVER THE ALEXANDRA RANGE - Your experienced guide will take you on a wonderful drive through the ancient Daintree Rainforest whilst giving you an interpretation of flora, fauna and local history.
GUIDED BEACH WALK - Stroll along the beach with your guide and take in the sites of where the ‘Rainforest meets the Reef’.
LUNCH IN THE RAINFOREST - Enjoy a delicious lunch with your fellow travellers in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest. We cater for most special dietary requirements. Please notify Reservations prior to travel.
TROPICAL FRUIT ICE-CREAM - Enjoy a delicious tropical fruit ice-cream locally grown in the Daintree Rainforest.
MOSSMAN GORGE - Guided rainforest walk on a selection of trails and elevated boardwalks (easy grade). Visit the Mossman River Lookout and Suspension Bridge and enjoy an invigorating freshwater swim (subject to river conditions).
See crocodiles & birdlife on the 1 hour Daintree River Cruise includes morning tea Spectacular views where the world heritage rainforest meets the Great Barrier Reef - one of the BEST drives in the world! Stop 1: Daintree Rainforest River Cruise & Morning Tea - our first stop is at the Majestic Daintree River for morning tea (tea, coffee & biscuits) before enjoying an informative guided River Cruise on the Daintree River. Relax and enjoy the splendour only the Daintree Rainforest can offer as you learn of Estuarine Crocodiles, mangrove forests and endemic wildlife, this is nature at its best!
Stop 2: Alexandra Lookout - we make our way up over the Alexandra Range and pause for a panoramic view of World Heritage, Wet Tropics, and Tropical Rainforest merging with the azure colours of the Coral Sea.
Stop 3: Guided Boardwalk Tour - experience the rainforest intimately on one of our guided elevated National Park Boardwalks. Your experienced guide will take you on a wonderful journey through this ancient rainforest whilst giving you an interpretation of flora and fauna and you will have ample time for photographs and questions as we search for the elusive, rare and totally unique Southern Cassowary and other wildlife species within this particular habitat.
Stop 4: Lunch - We then make our way to a restaurant for lunch.
Stop 5: Emmagen Creek Wildlife Spotting & Swim - we will take you beyond the famous Daintree Tea Plantation, past spectacular mountains and through spectacular World Heritage Rainforest as we pass Cape Tribulation and continue along the 4WD Bloomfield Track through to pristine Emmagen Creek. This is the only tour operator that goes to this secret Jewel in the Rainforest, and now it is time for a refreshing rainforest stream swim, in crystal clear fresh waters and without the crowds of people.
Stop 6: Cape Tribulation Beach - we then make our way to Cape Tribulation Beach after most of the crowds are gone, stroll along the beach and boardwalk to the photographers' platform overlooking the mountains and coast where the 'Rainforest meets the Reef.'

*PLEASE NOTE - We will generally book this package on 2 consecutive days, with the Reef cruise on day 1 and the rainforest on day 2, however this package can be completed in any order and can be spread out over a week. If you'd like to reverse the order or spread out the tours simply let us know.
