Popper Casting and Jigging

• Extended live aboard or single day charters
• Available January thru to March
• Target Species – Giant Trevalley (GT's), Dog Tooth Tuna, and large bottom species i.e. Coral Trout
• Tackle – Stella 20000 Spin Reels with 80lb braid
• Maximum of 6 anglers and 2 crew on day trip
• Maximum of 4 anglers and 2 crew on extended trips

TOUR ITINERARY – extended live aboard charters

The following itinerary is an example only.  Tours can vary depending on seasons and style of fishing.

 Day 1 -           Depart port at approximately 0800

                        Fish up to 1830

                        Pre dinner drinks and nibbles

                        Dinner

                        BED

 Day 2 +           Snorkel and swim on the reef prior to breakfast

                        Light tackle fishing in the AM

                        Heavy Tackle up to 1830

                        Pre dinner drinks and nibbles

                        Dinner

                        BED

 Next days        as per above

 Last day  -       as per above, returning to port approx 1700.

**   PLEASE NOTE - If we are fighting a fish at 1830 when it is time to come in, we will not cease fishing until the fish has been caught and tagged.  We would also like to note that anchorage on extended charters in the evenings is within the Great Barrier Reef ‘Green Zones’, therefore there will be no night bottom fishing on our charters
