Event Calendar 2010

Below you'll find listed interesting events in Cairns and Surrounding areas. You'll also see Queensland School and Public Holidays listed. As Cairns is a tourist town most Public Holidays will not affect your visit. The exceptions are Good Friday, Anzac Day, Cairns Show Day and Christmas Day. Alcohol cannot be sold on Good Friday and Christmas Day unless whilst dining at a licensed restaurant, most of which will be open in Tourist Areas. All Tours operate on Public Holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, with only some larger companies operating.
